Call from MCI Technologies, UK
They called me to know if I want to buy their £3000.00 worth(as they have said) of a 'discounted product', the functionality of which is available for free from yahoo. They had invited me to see their presentation of the product, to see if I like it. When I said 'no', they went 'birzirk!'. I mean HE went 'birzirk!' Wondering who is he? He is their greatest salesperson Mr. Rej Mathews, who throws abuses at the customers when they say 'no' to buy the product. He literally tries to force the client to say 'yes', but NOT that he succeeds or so.
By the way, they also made me book the product in case I want to buy it, otherwise they had the intention to refund it within four weeks after the initial presentation. That was on 16th June 2003.
So 4 weeks from that day should be around mid-July 2003. The money never arrived, more over Mr.Rej called me at least one more time asking me to buy the product, when hearing a 'no' again made him to say that I'll receive my money 'within next 4 weeks' -- which of course never came.
Today they again called me. The person on the phone was sounded like Mr. Rej, yet the caller presented himself with a different name(I was too angry to remember his name, may be if I remember I'll put it down here). Asking me the same old thing, making me say 'no' to him again. When I asked about the money they owe me, the same familiar phrase came back to me like before "We'll send your money within 4 weeks."
The matter is still unresolved. Let's see what do they do! Keeping my fingers crossed.
